Our commitment to accuracy

Every guide on this site is written to be clear, current, and accurate. We aim to reflect the established medical understanding of GLP-1 treatment and draw on authoritative sources such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and peer-reviewed medical literature. Where the science is evolving or individual results vary, we say so plainly rather than overstating certainty.

We are not a medical provider

GLP One Guide is an independent referral and comparison service. We are not a pharmacy, prescriber, or telehealth provider, and we do not sell, prescribe, or dispense medication. Our content is general education, not medical advice. GLP-1 medications are prescription products that require evaluation and approval by a licensed physician, and the actual care always comes from the licensed programs we refer you to, never from us.

How we choose which programs to feature

This is the most important thing to understand about our matching tool, so we want to be completely transparent:

• LegitScript certification is required. We only feature telehealth programs that hold current LegitScript certification, an independent standard verifying licensing, regulatory compliance, and safe practice. If a program isn't certified, it doesn't appear here. No exceptions.
• We match on fit, not on payout. Our quiz matches you to the program most aligned with your answers and needs. We are an affiliate and may earn a commission when you choose a program, but that does not determine which program we show you as your best match.
• Licensed physicians only. Every program we feature operates with licensed medical professionals and requires a physician review before any treatment is prescribed.

How our matching works

Our quiz asks four short questions about your situation and goals. We use your answers to identify which featured program best fits your needs, for example, whether you want maximum physician support, nutrition guidance, flexibility, or a straightforward path. The result reflects fit with your answers. You're always free to explore the other programs we considered, which we show alongside your top match.
